Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an International Telecaller. The role is located in Kanpur but some work from home is acceptable. The International Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to international clients, providing information about our services, answering inquiries, and resolving issues. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of all interactions and following up on leads and inquiries.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
Proficiency in using CRM software and other telecommunication tools
Ability to handle high-volume calls and work under pressure
Customer service and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Flexibility to work in different time zones
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or related field is preferred
