Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telecaller specializing in cracking leads from the USA market. The position is based in Kanpur, with the flexibility for part of the work to be performed remotely. The Telecaller will manage outbound calls to potential clients, generate leads, build relationships, and schedule meetings. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, following up with prospects, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications

Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
Proficiency in lead generation, sales pitches, and relationship-building with prospective customers
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions effectively
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in using CRM tools, telecalling software, and basic computer applications
Fluency in English with a neutral accent, and knowledge of US market trends and customer expectations
Target-oriented and motivated to achieve and exceed sales goals
Prior customer service or telecalling experience is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
