Business Development Manager – Hotel Scouting & Acquisition (Hospitality Expansion) Garrison Hotels & Resorts / Hostello by Garrison / UrbanStay ⭐ ABOUT US: Garrison Hotels & Resorts is building a new-age hospitality brand focused on lifestyle stays, long-term accommodations, and boutique hotel experiences. We are expanding rapidly and looking for a strong Business Development professional to help us identify, evaluate, and onboard new hotel properties across key cities. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands hospitality, real estate negotiations, and partner onboarding. ⭐ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Property Scouting & Market Research Identify potential hotel, hostel, PG, or long-stay properties across targeted cities. Conduct site visits, evaluate buildings, and shortlist suitable locations. Map student areas, corporate hubs, hospitals, and airport zones for expansion. 2. Owner Outreach & Negotiations Contact property owners, landlords, builders, developers, and PG owners. Present the Garrison/Hostello business model and revenue opportunities. Negotiate long-term lease, revenue-share, or franchise agreements. 3. Onboarding & Documentation Assist in contract discussions and closing deals. Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams. Ensure smooth handover of properties for transformation. 4. Relationship Management Build strong relationships with owners, brokers, local partners. Maintain database of property leads and monthly pipeline. 5. Expansion Strategy Execution Understand expansion priorities and scout accordingly. Deliver monthly/quarterly targets for hotel acquisitions. ⭐ REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: ✔ Experience in hospitality, real estate, hotel leasing, PG/hostel management, co-living, or property scouting ✔ Strong negotiation and communication skills ✔ Ability to conduct fieldwork, visit properties, and meet owners ✔ Good understanding of market mapping and local area demographics ✔ Ability to work independently and deliver results ✔ Comfortable with targets and performance incentives Experience: 2–10 years in Business Development / Real Estate / Hotel Leasing. ⭐ WHAT WE OFFER: Attractive salary + performance-based incentives Rapid growth opportunity as we scale across cities Opportunity to be part of a new-age hospitality brand Work directly with the founder and leadership team Fast-track role for high performers Exposure to hotel franchising, managed operations, and brand expansion Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹14,109.63 - ₹59,208.22 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location: In person
