Job Description

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to international prospects and introduce our service offerings (janitorial, plumbing, security, and software services).
Engage professionally with decision-makers (owners, facility managers, operations heads, etc.) and identify opportunities.
Fix appointments for the Business Development / Sales Team and ensure calendar confirmations.
Maintain and update CRM records accurately with call notes and follow-ups.
Work closely with the marketing and sales team to ensure the quality of leads and appointment conversion.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment targets.
Conduct research on target markets to build prospect lists and understand client requirements.
