Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller, located in Noida. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients, providing information about our services, handling customer inquiries, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and generating leads. Additional responsibilities include following up on potential leads, scheduling consultations, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve target goals.
