Job Description

International Sales Process

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls and assist customers efficiently.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
Promote and upsell products/services (sales profile).
Maintain call quality and achieve daily/weekly targets.
Ensure excellent customer experience with every interaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:
Graduate/Undergraduate
Experience:
Freshers and experienced (6 months to 1+ year) are welcome.
Communication Skills:
Excellent English communication (C1 level & above).
Location:
Delhi/NCR candidates preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

For Freshers / 6 Months Exp.:
26,000 To 28,500 CTC (up to 22K To 24K in hand) + 2K PLI.
For Experienced (1+ Year):
Up to 33K in hand + 2K PLI.
Joining Bonus:
5,000 (for first 2 months).
Incentives:
Attractive uncapped incentives.
Facilities:

Shuttle facility for Delhi candidates.
Both side cab (as per hiring zone).
Work From Office.
