As a Business Development Manager at Havells, your role involves developing and implementing strategic plans to expand Havells' presence in US markets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and prioritizing target markets, industries, and potential clients to maximize revenue opportunities and market penetration. - Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and strengthen market position. - Leading negotiations and closing business agreements, contracts, and partnerships to achieve revenue targets and sustainable growth. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with company objectives and US-based operations. - Conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities in international markets. - Representing Havells at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. - Providing regular reports and updates on business development activities, market trends, and performance metrics to senior management. - Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in international markets and adhering to company policies and procedures. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field; Bachelors or Master in Electrical field will be Preferred. - Proven experience in international business development, sales, or marketing roles, preferably in the technology sector. - Strong understanding of international markets, business practices, and cultural nuances, with a focus on regions aligned with US time zones. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and building successful business relationships. - Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable business plans. - Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment with flexibility to accommodate US time zones. - Willingness to travel internationally as needed to meet business objectives. *Experience in the US market is mandatory.* Please note that the timings for this role are from 5:00 pm to 2:00 am in the USA Shift.
