International Fumigant Sales Manager/Sr. Manager

Location-Gurgaon - Head Office

Experience : 10-15 Years

Similar Experience holder from Chemical Industry with International Sales EXP.


Main purpose/ Role:

client acquisition, relationship management, and ensuring compliance with global trade and regulatory standards.


Key responsibilities:

International Sales & Export Management

  • Develop and execute international sales strategies to expand presence in targeted geographies.
  • Identify potential distributors/agents in overseas markets and establish strong business partnerships.
  • Negotiate export contracts, pricing, and payment terms while ensuring compliance with international trade laws.
  • Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and conferences to represent the company.


Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Achieve domestic and international sales targets in alignment with company goals.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic MIS reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and regulatory teams to ensure timely deliveries and compliance.
  • Introduce new products and solutions to customers and provide technical presentations.


Regulatory & Compliance

  • Stay updated with domestic and international fumigant regulations, phytosanitary requirements, and export documentation norms.

  • Ensure that sales operations adhere to environmental, health, and safety standards.



Personal Profile

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of fumigants, pest control, or agrochemical industry.
  • Understanding of global export procedures, trade documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English mandatory; additional foreign languages preferred).
  • Strong analytical and market research abilities.
  • Ability to travel extensively within India and abroad.


Qualifications/Industry


  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10–15 years of proven sales experience in fumigants, agrochemicals, or related industries.
  • Exposure to both domestic and export markets.
  • Experience in handling government tenders, trade bodies, or institutional sales will be an added advantage.
