Job Description

Job Description: You will be responsible for driving sales and market share growth for the product lines including Personal care, cooking edible oils, spices, coconut oil, Food, and Beverages in the FMCG sector. Your role will require exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management. Candidates from unrelated industries will not be considered. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive international sales strategies to achieve company targets. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in global markets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to foster long-term collaboration. - Utilize extensive FMCG experience in launching products and managing business in India, responsible for Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Bhutan, Middle East, and African markets. - Generate innovative, progressive ideas and roll out region-specific campaigns in the trade, responsible for managing the overall International Business Division. - Formulate business plans, forecast, and analyze revenue, identify potential business opportunities, and develop Sales and Marketing Activities. - Manage participation in International Trade fairs, handle full responsibility of Stalls/stand booking, fabrication planning, and product sampling. - Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, tariffs, and customs requirements. - Negotiate and close deals with fine margin and quantity, ensuring proper documentation and procedures are followed. - Oversee order processing, follow-ups, logistics coordination until final shipment dispatch, and maintain export records. - Coordinate with product development, production, quality, logistics, and warehouse teams for timely execution of orders. - Provide product/brand related marketing information to the buyers and track online portal development. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. - More than 10 years of sales experience in international business communication, preferably in FMCG Industries. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market share growth. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.,
