The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and market share growth for our product lines, including Personal care/cooking edible oils/spices/coconut oil/Food/Braverage/. This role requires a strong understanding of the FMCG sector, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management. **********Candidates from unrelated industries will not be considered. Kindly apply only if your experience aligns with the relevant sector. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive international sales strategies to achieve company targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in global markets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to foster long-term collaboration. Extensive FMCG experience in launching products and managing business in India, responsible for Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bhutan, Middle East and African markets Strong abilities in generating innovative, progressive ideas and rolling out region specific campaigns in the trade and be responsible for managing overall International Business Division. Formulating the business plans along with forecasting & analysis for assessment of revenue & identifying potential business opportunities and developing Sales & Marketing Activities. Responsibility of participation and managing International Trade fairs, handling full responsibility of Stall’s /stand booking, fabrication planning and product sampling. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, tariffs, and customs requirements and should have prior experience and exposer. Ensure rules & regulations, proper documentation & procedures are followed as prescribed by concerned departments / authorities in various regions. Negotiating & closing deals with fine margin & quantity. Order processing and follow-ups with the right channel, till order fulfillment, coordinating with the logistics team until final shipment dispatch, maintaining export records etc. Coordinating with the product development, production, quality, logistics and warehouse teams for timely execution of orders. Provide product / brand related marketing information to the buyers. Also track online portal development. Candidate’s Skill: · Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. · More than 10 years of sales experience in international business communication, preferably in FMCG Industries · Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market share growth. · Excellent leadership and team management skills. · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. · Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
