Job Description

As a Sales Manager for our product lines in the FMCG sector, you will be responsible for driving sales and market share growth. Your role will involve developing and executing international sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities in global markets, and building strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. Your extensive experience in launching products and managing business in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, Middle East, and African markets will be crucial for the success of our International Business Division. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive international sales strategies to achieve company targets. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in global markets, aligning with overall business goals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners for long-term collaboration. - Generate innovative ideas and region-specific campaigns in the trade. - Formulate business plans, forecast revenue, identify potential opportunities, and develop Sales & Marketing Activities. - Manage participation in International Trade fairs, including stall/stand booking, fabrication planning, and product sampling. - Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, tariffs, and customs requirements. - Negotiate and close deals with fine margin and quantity. - Coordinate with logistics team for order processing, follow-ups, and timely shipment dispatch. - Collaborate with product development, production, quality, logistics, and warehouse teams for order execution. - Provide product/brand marketing information to buyers and track online portal development. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. - More than 10 years of sales experience in international business communication, preferably in FMCG Industries. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market share growth. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
