Preferred candidate profiles: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. 3-5 years of sales experience in FMCG, preferably in edible oil and spices. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the FMCG sector (or closely related sectors). Strong understanding of the Raipur market and surrounding regions. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market share growth. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
