Salary - upto 4.5 LPA (25% hike on your last drawn )

Roles and Responsibilities-

Respond to customer questions via phone, email, chat, or in person, providing accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Address and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, aiming to provide satisfactory solutions and maintain customer trust.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for future reference and quality assurance.
Offer technical support or guidance to customers regarding the use, setup, or troubleshooting of products and services.
Gather feedback and identify trends or recurring issues to suggest improvements in processes, products, or services.

Preferred Candidates

Graduate + 1 year experience in International Voice Process

Excellent Communication Required

Should be comfortable with Rotational Shifts
