Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow Vista Learning’s online presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about education and digital marketing, understands social trends, and can craft compelling content that drives engagement, awareness, and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and marketing goals. Manage day-to-day operations of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Create engaging content (posts, videos, infographics, reels, etc.) tailored to target audiences. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and the product team to produce educational and promotional content. Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions. Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies. Plan and run paid advertising campaigns across social media to boost reach and lead generation. Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with influencers, educators, and educational communities for partnerships and campaigns. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. Minimum 6 months of experience in social media marketing (experience in EdTech or education is a plus). Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics. Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
