Quality Auditor

You are being offered the opportunity to join as a Quality Auditor with a leading company located in HSR, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should hold a Graduation degree and possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English languages is required for effective communication in this role. The salary package ranges from 25k to 50k, with work timings from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, six days a week, and an age limit below 35. Your primary responsibilities will include auditing calls and providing constructive feedback in a timely manner. You must be knowledgeable in providing feedback, call calibration, monitoring, and offering live feedback. Conducting call audits as per business guidelines, preparing audit dashboards and reports, and providing regular coaching and feedback based on performance are essential aspects of this role. You will also be required to perform quality assurance on defined samples of cases per day, week, or month, and participate in team discussions for calibration of findings. A key part of your role will involve tracking and reviewing Quality Assurance observations to identify areas for process improvements. Collaboration and information sharing with internal clients are crucial for efficient execution. You will need to escalate risks and issues appropriately within the governance structure and be comfortable in auditing and resolving client escalations. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability, analytical mindset, statistical analysis familiarity, and quality assurance methodologies are highly valued in this position.
