Job Description:
Quality Auditor:
· Responsible for Governance, Quality and Compliance for the IT projects delivered to our customers.
· End to end project reviews for Cost, Schedule, Scope, Quality and Compliance. Drive to ensure quality delivery and adherence to compliance from solution phase till project closure.
· Value driven approach for project reviews and audits. Analyze various data points and work at improvement plan for the project delivery.
· Early detection of risks and issues and address them, ensuring no escalations.
· Effective reporting and follow-up on actions.
Skills required: (must have)
· 4 to 6 years of experience in Quality and Compliance of IT projects in large scale organizations.
· Strong conceptual knowledge and experience in Project Management in Waterfall and Agile Methodology.
· Very good at written and oral communication, able to work independently with minimal support.
Following is desirable: (good to have)
· Experience in Techno-PM role. Well versed with legacy as well as cutting edge technologies.
· Experience in documentation of processes and policies.
