Experience-Minimum 1year of Experience in the International Chat Process
Language-Fluent in English
Package- 22000 to 28000
Work time-US Shift
Working Days- 5 days working(2 rotational week off)
Age- 18 to 32
Location- Hebbal, Bangalore
Roles and Responsibilities:-
1. Excellent written communication & typing speed.
2. Strong grammar and comprehension skills.
3. Handle customer queries through live chat, messaging platforms, or email.
4. Understand customer problems and provide accurate solutions.
