International Business Development Manager

Role : International Business Development Manager (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new international business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
• Research and analyze global market trends, potential clients, and competitors.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in target regions.
• Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Work closely with internal teams to align strategy, pricing, and project delivery goals.
• Attend (virtual) meetings, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company.
• Prepare periodic reports on business activities, pipeline, and achievements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in engineering, telecom, construction, or design services.
• Strong international market exposure (UK/US/Europe preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets with minimal supervision.

Preferred Attributes:

• Existing international network or client connections.
• Multilingual ability (English required; additional languages are an advantage).
• Experience in B2B sales, subcontracting, or partnership development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
