Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with vendors to ensure smooth operations and open communication.
• Contract Negotiation : Negotiating favorable terms and conditions with vendors, including pricing, delivery schedules, and service level agreements.
• Performance Monitoring : Tracking vendor performance against agreed-upon metrics and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with vendor operations, such as supply chain disruptions or quality issues.
• Compliance Management: Ensuring vendors comply with all relevant regulations, policies, and contract terms.
• Cost Optimization: Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve the overall value derived from vendor relationships.
• Vendor Selection: Assisting in the selection of new vendors based on organizational needs and criteria.
• Conflict Resolution: Facilitating the resolution of any conflicts or disputes that may arise between the organization and its vendors.
