Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential

    clients, partners, and industry stakeholders

    in target countries.
  • Schedule

    appointments and meetings

    for leadership during international business trips.
  • Support

    offline visits, events, and networking activities

    in global markets.
  • Conduct

    market research and competitor analysis

    to provide insights into industry opportunities.
  • Maintain and update a pipeline of leads, partnerships, and contacts in CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of

    business development activities

  • Assist in preparing

    business presentations, proposals, and reports

    for international prospects.
  • Act as a

    liaison

    between Bhionix.Group and global clients/partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related fields

    .
  • 2–5 years

    of experience in business development, international sales, or market expansion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to conduct

    global industry research

    and identify business opportunities.
  • Comfortable with

    appointment scheduling, cold outreach, and networking

    .
  • Flexible to

    travel internationally

    and adapt to diverse cultures.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and market databases is a plus.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

  1. Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Number of qualified leads identified per month (target X).
  • Number of cold outreach emails/calls/LinkedIn connections successfully converted into meetings.
  1. Appointments & Meetings

  • Number of confirmed appointments scheduled for leadership during visits.
  • Ratio of scheduled meetings that result in meaningful discussions/opportunities.
  1. Partnership & Business Development

  • Number of new partnerships, collaborations, or MoUs initiated.
  • Revenue potential/value generated from identified opportunities.
  1. Market Research & Intelligence

  • Quality and timeliness of market/industry reports submitted before international visits.
  • Number of new industry insights or competitor benchmarks shared with leadership.
  1. Client Engagement & Follow-up

  • Follow-up efficiency (response rate, turnaround time).
  • Number of repeat interactions or pipeline deals progressing to the next stage.
  1. Travel & Execution Support

  • Smooth coordination of international trips (appointments, events, logistics).
  • Post-visit reports summarizing outcomes and next steps.
