Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share in the U.S.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with U.S. clients and distributors.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Address client inquiries, provide product recommendations, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to strengthen long-term business relationships.
  • Market Research & Strategy
  • Analyze U.S. market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Identify opportunities for new product placements and business expansion.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the management for strategic decision-making.
  • Export & Compliance Management
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and U.S. import laws.
  • Work closely with finance and legal teams to manage contracts, payments, and credit terms.
  • Sales Reporting & Performance Monitoring
  • Track and report sales performance against targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare periodic sales forecasts.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and business networking events in the U.S.

Key Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, International Trade, Sales, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in international sales, specifically in the U.S. market.
  • Experience in industries such as manufacturing, building materials, engineering, or consumer goods is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of U.S. market dynamics and international trade regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse clients and adapt to different business cultures.
  • Knowledge of export documentation, trade compliance, and logistics coordination.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and data analysis tools.
