Role Description

 Managing and building business in various countries (International).

 - Achieving the top line targets for these countries

 - Managing distributors locally in the assigned countries

 - Understanding respective legal, regulatory and compliance requirements for export / import, Sales, Marketing and Business Development in the assigned countries

 - Launch of new products

 - Responsible for coverage and prescription generation from health care practitioners

 - Managing and developing key opinion leaders.

 - Responsible for planning sales targets and incentives

 - Coordinating with the marketing team in terms of execution of strategies

 - Responsible for identifying training needs for the sales and medical channel team members 

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in business development, international sales, and market expansion

• Language Proficiency is Russian, English

• Knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and compliance
• Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and strategy development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-cultural teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an advantage
• Strong command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
