Job Description

About the Role:

Drive global sourcing excellence with us as an International B2B Buyer! Take ownership of supplier relationships and lead international procurement and buying strategies across fashion, beauty, and luxury product categories. If you have strong international market exposure and a sharp commercial mindset, this role offers an opportunity to grow with a globally active supply chain organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with international suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new global suppliers aligned with quality, pricing, and compliance standards.
  • Source products across fashion, beauty, and luxury segments based on market trends and buyer demand.
  • Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, payment terms, and contracts to maximize margins.
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and quality teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Monitor international market trends, product innovations, and competitor activity.
  • Ensure timely purchase order creation, tracking, and documentation accuracy.
  • Maintain strong supplier records and procurement data in internal systems.
  • Optimize sourcing strategies to support profitability and scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

Onboarding:

  • Structured training on luxury brand portfolio, sourcing strategy, supplier evaluation, and procurement systems.
  • Orientation on internal processes, compliance standards, and global trade documentation.
  • Mentorship by senior sourcing and buying leaders to accelerate performance and integration.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in International buying, sourcing, or procurement with independent ability to attend Zoom Meetings and Formal meetings in a full professional and formal environment dealing with internal business people from Europe and USA
  • Prior experience working with suppliers in Asia, Europe, US, or South American markets preferred.
  • Background in fashion, beauty, travel retail, luxury, or FMCG segments is a strong advantage.
  • MBA or postgraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Management, Accounts, or Finance preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and commercial skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple suppliers simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours aligned with international markets.
  • Candidates based in Chennai or willing to relocate will be prioritized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
