About the Role:

We are seeking an Purchase Offer Analyst to support global business operations through offer evaluation, pricing analysis, and market insights across international suppliers and brands. This role plays a key part in identifying profitable deals, supporting sales strategy, and managing business reports within the beauty, fashion, travel retail, and luxury goods segments.

This is a non-IT, non-technical role, focused on commercial analysis of pricing of various beauty and fashion products, analysing for cost, sales price and profit margins to enable Sales and Purchase with the business decision team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to supplier offers and international trade.
• Analyze international market trends to support offer strategy and pricing decisions.
• Compare and evaluate offers received from international suppliers.
• Conduct pricing, margin, and budget analysis for supplier proposals.
• Identify high-potential deals from supplier offers and present recommendations to the Sales team.
• Provide analytical support to sales teams for deal pitching and customer proposals.
• Develop, update, and maintain Brand Master Files with offer, pricing, and deal information.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and weekly business performance reports.
• Support stakeholder communication between sales, buying, finance, and management teams.
• Create clear documentation, reports, and business presentations.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of offer data and reporting.

Onboarding:

• Structured training on international offer evaluation processes, pricing models, and reporting systems.
• Mentorship by senior analysts and commercial managers to accelerate performance and integration.
• Hands-on exposure to international supplier evaluation, MIS reporting, and offer tracking systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 2–5 years of experience in offer analysis, business analysis, commercial analysis, or sales analytics.
• Exposure to international markets is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience handling international business data, offers, or pricing preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours aligned with international time zones.
• Prior experience in beauty, fashion, travel retail, FMCG, or luxury goods markets is a strong advantage.
• MBA or Postgraduate degree in Business, Management, Accounts, or Finance preferred.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (MIS reporting, data analysis, pricing models).
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Professionally organized, detail-oriented, and commercially minded.
• Candidates based in Chennai are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
