About the Role:

Drive global success with us as an International B2B Sales Executive! This is a purely sales and commercial role, focused on international B2B business development and account management within the fashion and beauty products supply chain.
This role is NOT related to IT, software development, data analysis, or technical positions.

If you have at least 2 years of experience in international markets and thrive in dynamic, target-driven environments, this is your chance to grow with a leading supply chain player in the luxury fashion and beauty industry.

Business Development - Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture key international B2B accounts, building long-term business relationships.
  • Develop new business opportunities in emerging international regions.
  • Proactively generate leads through cold calling, emails, and strategic outreach.

Target Driven Sales - Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent deal closures.
  • Target accomplishment and track for Target performance on month on month basis, post initial months.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation using standard business tools.

Onboarding:

  • Intensive structured training covering luxury brand portfolio, B2B sales strategy, CRM usage (basic), and cross-cultural communication.
  • Organizational onboarding including introductions to global market teams and internal processes.
  • Continuous mentorship by senior sales leaders to accelerate performance and integration.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in International Sales, New market Development, Lead generation with independent ability to attend Zoom Meetings and Formal meetings in a full professional and formal environment dealing with internal business people from Asia, USA and Middle East
  • 5–8 years of proven sales experience, preferably with international B2B exposure working with Asia, US, or South American markets is highly valued.
  • Background in beauty, fashion, travel retail, luxury, or trading companies is a strong advantage.
  • MBA or postgraduate degree in Business, Management, Accounts, or Finance preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and sales documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Highly organized, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours aligned with international time zones.
  • Candidates based in Chennai or willing to relocate will be prioritized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
