Job Description

In this role at Milliman Connect, you will be responsible for various tasks related to lead generation, customer engagement, pipeline management, collaboration, sales support, target achievement, client retention, and providing feedback on market trends. Your key responsibilities include: - Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels such as inbound inquiries, outbound calling, emails, and social media outreach. - Conduct product presentations, demos, and discovery calls to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. - Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities using CRM software. - Collaborate closely with marketing and business development teams to execute campaigns and follow up on leads. - Assist field sales and account managers in proposal creation, quotation, coordination with internal departments, and customer onboarding. - Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. - Proactively engage existing customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. - Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. - Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or lead generation, preferably in the software/SaaS or IT services industry. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. - Tech-savvy, with the ability to understand and articulate software solutions. - Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed. Preferred skills for this role include experience in B2B software or SaaS environments, knowledge of solution selling or consultative sales methodologies, ability to handle objections and close deals independently, exposure to cloud, cybersecurity, ERP, or IT managed services, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
