Job Description

The Internal Auditor is responsible for conducting regular audits of financial transactions, stock, and operational processes in the two-wheeler showroom to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. The role helps management maintain transparency and prevent financial irregularities.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Audit
Verify daily cash collections, deposits, and expense records.
Check sales invoices, purchase bills, and vouchers for accuracy.
Audit bank reconciliation statements and ensure timely updates.
Inventory & Stock Control
Conduct periodic audits of vehicle, spare parts, and accessories stock.
Ensure correct stock entries and reconciliation between physical and system records.
Identify discrepancies and report shortages or excesses immediately.
Compliance & Process Audit
Review compliance with company policies, statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems and suggest improvements.
Verify adherence to showroom SOPs across departments (Sales, Spares, Service, Accounts).
Operational & System Audit
Audit customer files, insurance papers, and finance documentation.
Check employee attendance, payroll, and incentive calculations for accuracy.
Review data entries in DMS/ERP systems to ensure data integrity.
Reporting & Recommendations
Prepare detailed internal audit reports highlighting variances and risk areas.
Recommend corrective actions and follow up on implementation.
Submit monthly audit summaries to management for review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
