Your new role
As an Intern, you support our HR team in driving key people initiatives across the organization. This role offers hands-on experience in core HR functions, stakeholder engagement, data-driven decision-making, and talent processes.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Assist the HRBP/Head of HR/ HRD in coordinating and implementing HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Generate and manage HR reports, dashboards, and analytics using Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) for internal stakeholders.
- Help analyze HR metrics (attrition, hiring, attendance, employee feedback, etc.).
- Support special HR projects such as DEI initiatives, process automation, competency mapping, and policy enhancement.
- Prepare presentations and provide support for HR meetings and leadership briefings
- Support the stakeholders by helping document cases, follow-ups, and communications.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
- Proactive with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn business-focused HR strategies.
- Would be required to operate from Gurgaon Office
