• Determine areas of opportunity, design and execute experiments and present data-driven recommendations that improve current marketing and business practices to drive customer engagement and retention.
• Monitor delivery management and performance of communications sent via various CRM marketing channels such as Push Notifications, WhatsApp, Message, Email, In-App & Browser Notifications.
• Measure and report performance of all CRM marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) • Working on /analytics/MIS and weekly/daily updates.
• Plan experiments, conversion test, A/B test, lift study and draw meaningful insights from the same.
• Collaborate with internal teams for creatives, data inputs, etc., to optimize the campaigns.
• Ability to take on challenging deadlines and priorities.
• Plan communication calendar and manage the delivery of Marketing campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, In-app & Push channels to engage users with timely and relevant content.
• Opportunity to own and execute end-to-end retention and engagement campaigns.
