Role Specifics:

Own end-to-end planning and execution of conversion, retention, engagement & reactivation marketing.

Initiatives. create and execute campaigns using direct channels such as Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push notifications.

Key Responsibility:

1.Determine areas of opportunity, design and execute experiments, and present data-driven recommendations that improve current marketing and business practices in order to drive customer engagement and retention.

2. Monitor delivery management and performance of communications sent via various CRM marketing channels such as Push Notifications, Email, In-App & Browser Notifications.

3.Measure and report performance of all CRM marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

4.Working on /analytics/MIS and weekly/daily updates.

5.Plan experiments, conversion test, A/B test, lift study and draw meaningful insights from the same.

6.Collaborate with internal teams for creatives, data inputs, etc. to optimize the campaigns.

7.Ability to take on challenging deadlines and priorities.

8.Plan communication calendar and manage the delivery of Marketing campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, In-app & Push channels to engage users with timely and relevant content.
