Role: Business Development Intern

Location: 100% Remote – work from home

Offie hours: 6:30pm to 3:30am - Night Shift - Indian time

Role Overview

Business Development Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients (HR, Procurement, and Hiring Managers) across target industries.
• Assist in outreach campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, calls) to generate new business leads.
• Support proposal preparation, capability decks, and client presentations.
• Maintain and update CRM/ATS systems with accurate client and lead data.
• Track business development activities and prepare reports on pipeline progress.
• Collaborate with recruiters to align client requirements with candidate sourcing.
• Participate in client meetings and document follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, HR, or Marketing.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in HR, staffing, and recruitment industry trends.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce) is an asset.
