Role: Business Development Intern Location: 100% Remote – work from home Offie hours: 6:30pm to 3:30am - Night Shift - Indian time Role Overview We are seeking a Business Development Intern to support our growth initiatives in the HR staffing and recruitment industry. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, client engagement, and staffing solutions. Key Responsibilities Research and identify prospective clients (HR, Procurement, and Hiring Managers) across target industries. Assist in outreach campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, calls) to generate new business leads. Support proposal preparation, capability decks, and client presentations. Maintain and update CRM/ATS systems with accurate client and lead data. Track business development activities and prepare reports on pipeline progress. Collaborate with recruiters to align client requirements with candidate sourcing. Participate in client meetings and document follow-ups. Qualifications Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, HR, or Marketing. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Interest in HR, staffing, and recruitment industry trends. Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce) is an asset. What We Offer This is a paid internship opportunity.
