Role Overview We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and multi-skilled individual to join our team full-time. This role is hands-on and dynamic, perfect for someone who enjoys creativity, learning, and variety in their work. Key Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day shop operations – customer service, sales, display setup Help in production and packaging of handmade products Support and eventually conduct classes and workshops (training will be provided) Assist with events and exhibitions – setup, coordination, logistics Manage small errands and operational tasks as needed Contribute to digital activities – basic social media support, content assistance Ensure smooth functioning of the store and provide overall support wherever required What We’re Looking For A friendly, reliable, and flexible team player Strong communication and customer service skills Willingness to learn new craft techniques and assist in teaching them Interest in arts, crafts, and handmade products (background not required, but passion matters) Comfortable handling both creative and operational tasks Basic digital knowledge – ability to use a computer, emails, simple online tools, and social media Why Join Us?
