Job Description: Interior Site Supervisor Position: Interior Site Supervisor Employment Type: Full-time Location: Site Office – Noida Extension, Near Gaur City, Uttar Pradesh Head Office: Dazor Constructions, Spaze Corporate Park, Sector 69, Gurugram Compensation: ₹2.4 – ₹4.0 LPA (Negotiable based on experience) Position Overview Dazor Constructions is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Interior Fitout Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure the smooth execution of interior projects. The selected candidate will support the Site Manager in managing teams, ensuring high-quality work, coordinating trades, and maintaining discipline and safety at the site. This role is key to the successful and timely delivery of fitout projects. Key Responsibilities 1. On-Site Supervision Supervise daily interior fitout works including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and finishing. Ensure adherence to project design, timelines, and quality standards. Monitor workmanship and resolve quality deviations immediately. 2. Workforce Coordination Coordinate activities of subcontractors, labours, and skilled technicians. Allocate daily tasks, manage productivity, and ensure timely completion. Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the Site Manager promptly. 3. Quality & Safety Monitoring Conduct routine site inspections and ensure quality control. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Enforce compliance with safety protocols and site regulations. 4. Material & Inventory Management Monitor the use of materials and tools to prevent wastage. Receive, verify, and manage materials as per BOQ and project specifications. Notify the team of shortages or reordering requirements in advance. 5. Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily progress logs, attendance records, and site activity reports. Assist in snag list preparation and closure tracking. Support the Site Manager with project documentation and photo records. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 2–4 years in site supervision for interior fitout or related construction work. Education: ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent. (Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is a plus.) Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of materials, technical drawings, and execution (partitions, false ceilings, flooring, etc.). Knowledge Areas: Interior & exterior civil works Painting, HVAC, fire-fighting systems Project estimation and execution Software: Familiarity with MS Excel, BOQ formats, and construction drawings. Communication: Basic proficiency in Hindi and/or English. Skills: Leadership, organization, decision-making, and site coordination. Additional Requirements Availability for full-time work at Noida Extension (Gaur City 1). Flexibility to work extended hours/weekends as needed. High level of integrity, responsibility, and quality consciousness.
