Job Title: 2D & 3D Drawing Specialist – Interior Designer Location: Spaze Corporate park, Sector 69, Tulip chownk, Gurgugram, 122006 Company: Dazor Constructions Experience: 2–4 Years Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 2D & 3D Drawing Specialist to join our interior design team. You will play a key role in visualizing design concepts, creating precise working drawings, and supporting design execution through detailed CAD and rendering work. Key Responsibilities: Prepare 2D technical drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and furniture layout using AutoCAD or similar software. Develop high-quality 3D models and renders using SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools. Translate design concepts from interior designers into accurate visual and technical presentations. Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to ensure drawings are feasible and as per specifications. Make revisions to drawings based on feedback from clients, design leads, or project managers. Prepare working drawings and detail drawings for carpentry, civil work, and modular furniture. Maintain drawing files and documentation as per company standards. Work closely with vendors to explain design and execution-level details. Assist in generating client presentation materials and mood boards as required. Key Skills Required: Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting is a must) Skilled in 3D modeling and rendering using SketchUp / 3ds Max / Revit / Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape Good understanding of interior layouts, materials, and finishes Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy Ability to interpret design briefs and convert them into visual formats Excellent time management and team coordination skills Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role Portfolio demonstrating 2D drawings and 3D visualizations is mandatory Preferred: Experience in residential/commercial sites Exposure to BOQ, drawings and site management
