Role Overview

The Interior Design Manager will lead the design team from concept to execution, ensuring every project meets SpazioLiv’s quality, aesthetic, and timeline standards. This role requires a balance of creative leadership, client management, and strong coordination with execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of interior designers and junior designers
• Oversee complete design lifecycle: concept development, space planning, 3D visualization, and detailed drawings
• Ensure all designs align with SpazioLiv’s luxury positioning and brand guidelines
• Act as the primary design point of contact for high-value clients
• Translate client requirements into practical, elegant design solutions
• Review and approve layouts, material selections, BOQs, and design presentations
• Coordinate closely with project managers, vendors, and execution teams for smooth handovers
• Monitor timelines and ensure design deliverables are met as per project schedules
• Guide the team on design innovation, material trends, and best practices
• Maintain quality control across all design outputs and site execution support

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• 6–10 years of experience in residential interior design, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
• Strong understanding of luxury residential interiors
• Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, and MS Office
• Excellent client presentation and communication skills
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and decision-making abilities
• Sound knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and site execution

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working with premium or luxury interior brands
• Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Commercial understanding of costing and value engineering
