highly skilled Interior Design Manager

✨ Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of designers (2D, 3D, modular & interior)
• Oversee concept development, space planning, and design strategy
• Review drawings, BOQs, and ensure accuracy before project execution
• Participate in key client meetings to explain concepts and close design approval
• Ensure all projects follow SpazioLiv’s brand, quality, and design guidelines
• Collaborate with sales, operations & procurement teams for seamless project flow
• Mentor designers, evaluate their performance, and drive continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot design/site challenges and provide expert solutions
• Maintain timelines for deliverables, revisions, and presentations
• Stay updated with material trends, finishes, industry innovations

✨ Requirements

• 5–10 years experience in

  interior design

  , with at least 2–3 years in a

  lead/managerial role

• Strong command of

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, 3Ds Max (optional),

  and design principles
• Experience handling

  residential/interior projects worth 15–50 lakh and above

• Great communication & client-facing skills
• Proven ability to manage teams and handle multiple projects
• Strong knowledge of materials, modular systems, and execution standards
• Detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized
