Job Title: Insurance Sales Executive (Agent Recruitment & Sales Development)Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Insurance Sales Executive responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing team of insurance agents. The role focuses on agent acquisition, sales mentoring, and driving business growth through effective field leadership and sales strategies. Key Responsibilities 1. Agent Recruitment,Identify, attract, and hire qualified insurance agents through job portals, networking, referrals, and field recruitment. Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and lead on-boarding processes. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential agent candidates. 2. Agent Training & Development Provide product training, sales techniques, and compliance guidance to newly hired agents. Coach agents on sales processes, client prospecting, and closing strategies. Monitor agent performance and implement improvement plans when needed. 3. Sales Management Lead agents to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct regular field visits, joint calls, and meetings to support agents in closing business. Analyze sales performance and market trends to improve team effectiveness. 4. Business Development Expand the insurance customer base through strategic sales activities. Promote company products and ensure agents understand product benefits and suitability for clients. Identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell. 5. Compliance & Reporting Ensure agents adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines. Maintain accurate sales and recruitment records. Prepare performance reports for management. Key Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to recruit and build high-performing teams Excellent sales and negotiation skills Leadership and coaching abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Knowledge of insurance products and industry practices Qualifications- Graduation in any stream.
