Roles & Responsibilities

To make outbound calls to prospective students and pitch courses offered by the instituteTo counsel students and parents on the digital marketing courses offered by MCTA and create interest for the courses thus converting maximum enquiries to admissionsTo generate daily walk-ins to the center

Being responsible for phone counseling to prospective candidates
To assist sales team in conducting seminars/events in collegesTo meet monthly and quarterly admission targets

Handle walk-in enquiries and provide them with course details

Schedule maximum demo lectures and center visits and convert potential prospects into admissions
Ensure timely collections of fees as per fee schedule from StudentsGenerate references from existing studentsSkills RequiredRelevant inside sales experience working in the Education SectorSelf-motivator & Drive to work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills. Enthusiastic and positive attitude.

50-60 connected calls dailyMinimum 2 visits per dayMeet weekly and monthly admissions targetsGenerate referral sales as per targetsReactivate old/lost applications to ensure batch targets are metImprove and maintain sales conversion rates
