Designation: Asst. Manager -- Institutional Sales Product: Digital Marketing Location: Vashi & Ghatkopar Roles & Responsibilities To make outbound calls to prospective students and pitch courses offered by the institute To counsel students and parents on the digital marketing courses offered by MCTA and create interest for the courses thus converting maximum enquiries to admissions To generate daily walk-ins to the center Being responsible for phone counseling to prospective candidates To assist sales team in conducting seminars/events in colleges To meet monthly and quarterly admission targets Handle walk-in enquiries and provide them with course details Schedule maximum demo lectures and center visits and convert potential prospects into admissions Ensure timely collections of fees as per fee schedule from Students Generate references from existing students Skills Required Relevant inside sales experience working in the Education Sector Self-motivator & Drive to work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills. Enthusiastic and positive attitude. KPIs 50-60 connected calls daily Minimum 2 visits per day Meet weekly and monthly admissions targets Generate referral sales as per targets Reactivate old/lost applications to ensure batch targets are met Improve and maintain sales conversion rates About Company MCTA Marketing Courses Training Academy offers digital marketing training and data science courses in the online as well as offline format with 2 state of the art delivery centers in Mumbai namely in Ghatkopar and Vashi.
