Position Title: Project Site Engineer

Location: Alandi Pune

Experience: 3 - 6 Years

Qualification: BE Mechanical

Position Summary: Position Summary: To attend the kick off meeting with the marketing dept. and gets a copy of the MOM or other project details/documents prior to making the execution schedule.

Responsibility:.

➢ Planning and Monitoring the deputation of engineers / associates efficiently and ensuring that the company’s Installation & commissioning targets are met.

➢ Supervising and leading a unit of installers within the organization and managing Sub contractor for installation.

➢ Planning and strategizing the execution of installation on a regular basis as per milestones.

➢ Authorized contact person towards the customer and interface partners for all Installation & commissioning related issues

➢ Monitoring the movements of his associates and ensuring that the Installation & commissioning targets are met by them.

➢ Holding accountability for meeting the target aims and objectives of the company, specific to the locations, with regard to installation processes.

➢ Responsible for all installation teams and their planning and recruitment.

➢ Responsible for planning and coordination of all Installation & commissioning activities on site.

➢ Responsible for the distribution of the latest document versions (Installation drawings, Installation Manuals, Test Specifications etc.) to the local installation and supervising staff

➢ Monitors progress of installation and test activities.

➢ Making sure that installation tasks are undertaken in the organization also with agreement to the customer particularities.

➢ Making sure that the company earns profits and gains by executing installation projects. ➢ Progress reporting to management about progress and inputs to delay and mitigation measures.

➢ Ensuring that all his supervisory and administrative task undertakings agree with the laws, rules and existing policies of the company

➢ Recipient of test reports, forwards test reports/ error to the Test Manager

➢ Organization of storage of material

➢ Attends meetings on installation issues internally and externally.

➢ Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors

➢ Manage budgets and schedules

➢ Oversee the installation of mechanical equipment

➢ Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

➢ Inspect and test installed equipment

➢ Resolve any problems that arise during installation & commissioning activities.

➢ Forecast, Prepare and maintain Manpower plan.

➢ Forecast, Prepare and maintain Project execution Budget.

➢ Develop, evaluate and allot installation contracts as per project nature, volume and location.

➢ Develop methodology to reduce execution time, wastage, and to achieve higher level of quality.

➢ Maintain Monthly and yearly Expense report of every Project. ➢ Monitor track & record site activities with respect to schedule and budget.

➢ Co-ordinate with Planning, Procurement & logistics for smooth execution of project.

➢ Minimize risk of Project failure.

➢ Create and maintain comprehensive project handover documentation.

Key Skills:

➢ Knowledge of Ducting, filers, Blowers installation

➢ Preferably from Chemical surface finishing plant & Paint Shop installations.

➢ Excellent problem solving skills

➢ Ability to work under pressure along with team / individual

➢ Good written & Verbal Skills

➢ User friendly with MS - Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT & other functional software’s etc

➢ To provide technical, commercial and social guidance to execution team.

➢ Positive Attitude

➢ Able to handle Disputes of internal execution team, Contractors, Co-contractors and Client.

➢ Handle employee and contractor grievances smoothly.

➢ Maintain healthy relationship with Client.

➢ Motivate team to have positive approach towards work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
