Installation & Commissioning Engineer

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the installation and commissioning of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) across multiple project sites in India.
  
• Ensure all systems are installed, configured, and operational as per design specifications and safety standards.
  
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and internal teams, for seamless integration of BESS into existing electrical and solar systems.
  
• Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability of BESS installations.
  
• Identify and resolve technical issues during commissioning to ensure system readiness and compliance.
  
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Provide technical expertise, training, and support to site teams to ensure smooth handover and system operation.
  
• Prepare detailed commissioning reports, documentation, and performance summaries for internal and client reference.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Background in Solar and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) installation and commissioning.
  
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, power electronics, and control systems.
  
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  
• Willingness to travel and work at

  PAN India project sites

• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech

  in

  Electrical / Electronics / Energy / Power Engineering

  .
• 3-8 years of relevant field experience in

  installation, commissioning, or maintenance

  of solar or energy storage systems.
