Open Positions:

1)Electrical Site Engineer:

Experience: 4 to 8+ Years

Location: Site-based (PAN India)

Qualification : B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Will be responsible to: Lead the electrical execution of BESS EPC projects from

design handover through commissioning. Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of LV/MV electrical

systems, switchgear, transformers, cables, protection systems, SCADA integration, and battery systems.

Coordinate with internal design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure timely execution

2) Installation & Commissioning Engineer

Experience: 4 to 8+ Years

Location: Site-based (PAN India)

Qualification :Diploma/ B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Will be responsible to:Led the commissioning of BESS for [number] projects,

ensuring all systems were installed and operational per design specifications. Coordinated with project

stakeholders, including contractors and clients, to ensure smooth integration of BESS into existing electrical

systems.

3)Civil Design Engineer (

Experience: 4 to 8+ Years

Location: Site-based (PAN India)

Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Will be responsible to: Lead the civil design activities for solar PV plants, BESS,

and electrical substations. Develop civil engineering designs including foundations, structures, roads, drainage,

retaining walls, and site grading. Perform structural analysis and design of foundations for solar panels,

transformers, switchyards, and battery racks using relevant design codes. Prepare detailed civil drawings and

construction documents using AutoCAD and other design software

4) Project Management / PMO

Experience: 7 to 8+ Years

Location: Pune (Head Office)

Qualification : B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :Develop project execution strategy & ensure periodic planning & monitoring for

the successful completion of the projects within given time frame. Draft the scope of work, Project Budgeting &

Estimation of the assigned project/s & ensure high level of governance standards .

5)Electrical Design Engineer

Experience: 3 to 8+ Years

Location: Pune (Head Office)

Qualification : B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Shall be responsible: Pre-bid engineering for stationary ESS, Review of customer

RFP, preparing technical pre-bid queries. Electrical BOS component sizing, preparation of BOQ Post Bid

Engineering for stationary ESS: Co-ordination with customer & internal stakeholders for techno commercially

efficient design deliverables. Detailed design of BOS components including Electrical SLD DC & AC, equipment

sizing such as HT Panel, transformer, Inverter/PCS, LV distribution networks et

6)EMS / PLC Engineer (Energy Management System / Automation)

Experience: 3 to 8+ Years

Location: Pune (Head Office)+ Site Location

Qualification : An Engineering Graduate/ post graduate in Electrical / Electronic / Instrumentation Engineering

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Shall be responsible to: Pre-bid engineering for Energy Management System

(EMS),Review of customer RFP, preparing technical pre-bid queries related to BESS control systems. Preparation

of budgetary RFP comprising of System architecture, IO list and logic flowcharts. Post Bid Engineering for

stationary ESS: Co-ordination with customer & internal stakeholders for techno commercially efficient design

deliverables.Preparation of drawings, layouts design basis reports for EMS and other systems like CCTV, Access
