Transport Site Incharge

We are hiring a Transport Site Incharge (ETS) for our corporate employee transportation operations at Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru. The candidate must be experienced in managing end-to-end ETS operations including supervisors, drivers, vehicle attachment sourcing, deployment, route planning, execution, and complianceready to take complete ownership of the site.

Key Responsibilities

• • Handle end-to-end Employee Transportation Service (ETS) operations at the site (Pick-up & Drop operations).

• • Lead and manage site supervisors, driver teams, and ground coordinators for smooth execution.

• • Vehicle attachment sourcing & vendor management: onboarding, coordination, availability planning, and documentation.

• • Vehicle deployment planning: allocation based on shifts, routes, SLAs, and vehicle capacity.

• • Route planning & optimization: route mapping, trip allocation, adherence monitoring, and control.

• • Ensure daily operations execution, live tracking, incident handling, and service recovery (replacement vehicles, re-routing).

• • Ensure compliance & safety readiness: driver/vehicle documents, statutory requirements, client SOPs, GPS, ID/badges.

• • Manage escalations and ensure SLA adherence, on-time performance, and customer satisfaction.

• • Maintain daily MIS reports: trip completion, delays, exceptions, utilization, vehicle availability, and incidents.

Desired Candidate Profile

• • Must have strong hands-on experience in Corporate Employee Transportation (ETS) operations.

• • Proven expertise in handling supervisors, drivers, and vendor fleets.

• • Strong knowledge of route planning, shift planning, deployment, and compliance.

• • Ability to take ownership and manage operations independently with strong problem-solving skills.
