Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and acquire new corporate clients (SMEs, large enterprises, MNCs) through networking, cold calling, industry events, and digital channels.
Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term partnerships with HR, Admin, and Procurement leaders to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Strategy & Business Development
Design and execute tailored sales strategies while exploring upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Proposals & Presentations
Deliver impactful, customized pitches and proposals showcasing our fleet and service value.
Contract Negotiation & Closures
Drive negotiations, finalize contracts, and ensure profitability while aligning with company policies.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and identify emerging opportunities.
Networking & Representation
Represent our brand at industry forums, trade shows, and networking events.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Masters preferred).
26 years of proven B2B/corporate sales experience (Car Rentals, Transportation, Hospitality, or Travel industry preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to network effectively and manage client relationships.
