Position Summary

We are seeking an Expert-level Salesforce Platform Developer with deep technical expertise and a passion for building scalable enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a technical lead, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architecture decisions for complex Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

•      Lead the design and development of end-to-end Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.

•      Develop complex logic using Apex, LWC, and Platform Events; implement reusable frameworks and patterns.

•      Architect and optimize data models, integrations, and automation across multiple Salesforce clouds.

•      Drive integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, External Services, and MuleSoft.

•      Implement DevOps best practices including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.

•      Conduct code reviews, enforce standards, and mentor junior developers.

•      Collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, and product owners to shape solution roadmaps.

•      Troubleshoot performance issues, optimize governor limits, and ensure secure coding practices.

•      Stay updated on new Salesforce releases and suggest adoption of relevant features.

Required Skills & Experience

•      6–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

•      Deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, SOQL, and asynchronous Apex.

•      Good functional understanding on Sales, Service, Experience, Field Service or Marketing cloud.

•      Proven experience in designing scalable architectures, integration patterns, and event-driven frameworks.

•      Expertise in Salesforce DX, Git-based DevOps, and automated deployments (Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins).

•      Strong understanding of security models, sharing rules, and performance tuning.

•      Certified Platform Developer II (PDII) preferred.

•      Excellent communication and leadership skills.
