Job Description

Location:

Role & responsibilities

Managing & Handling pantry, housekeeping, pest control, vehicle movement activities and its staff.
Processing bills of plant, land, water, power, stationary, uniforms.
Keeping track of distribution of safety equipment to employees, visitors, guest.
Managing plant office activities, CCTV surveillance data, safety equipment.
Procuring material for housekeeping, stationary, office equipment.
Maintaining, updating, making of agreements of various equipment available in plant for their maintenance and smooth functioning.
Monitoring & rectifying any malfunctioning, damages, repairing works and initiating repairing work as soon as possible.
Developing local vendors for closing any repair works as fast as possible.
Taking care of biometric registration of new joined employees, their accommodation.
Maintaining records and talking care of canteen food, facilities, hygiene and environment of nearby area.
Up keeping of all legal documents of factory, equipment, machineries.
Managing and interacting with labor contractors for proper manpower utilization.
Taking care of transport facility for employees, workers, guest.

Stake holder management
Excellent communication skills
Proven leadership and management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
Expert in MS Excel advance tools, ERP.
