Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team at TrueLedge HR and Accounting Services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and provide administrative support to senior management.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and meetings.
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient workflow.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning by preparing forecasts and analyzing data.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
