Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of B2B Inside Sales Associates to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Oversee the entire inside sales processfrom prospecting to closing—ensuring quality pipeline development.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics - calls, emails, demos and closures and seek continuous improvement.
  • Understand client needs and position Benepik’ s offerings as per their requirements including - Employee Engagement Solution, Channel Partner Loyalty, Consumer Loyalty & Corporate Kits.
  • Ensure consistent pipeline generation through outbound efforts (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach).
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to align strategies and generate qualified leads.
  • Identify new opportunities, industries and trends to improve outreach and targeting.
  • Maintain daily tracker and present monthly reports to the management on pipelines status, lead conversions and team performance.
