Job role: We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist for our Mohali office. The role involves building and managing a strong pipeline of qualified leads through research, market analysis, and outbound client engagement. You will be responsible for setting up qualified appointments, maintaining effective communication via calls, emails, and reminders, and ensuring conversions through persistence and innovation. The ideal candidate is proficient in English, skilled in MS Office, self-driven, and passionate about sales. Success requires adaptability, analytical thinking, relationship-building skills, and adherence to our values of persistence, integrity, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Job details:

• Job position: Inside Sales Specialist
• Qualification: MBA in Sales or Marketing
• Experience: 1-3 years (relevant experience in IT Sales, SaaS sales, and Inside Sales)
• Job Location: Sec-75 Mohali, Punjab
• Salary Package: 40-60k + Incentives
• Shift timings: 6:30 pm to 3:30 pm (US Shifts), Work from Office
• Cab facility is available for pickup and drop-off.
• No leave till probation (3 months)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation / Business Development.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to market challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate, research, and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Make multiple outbound calls to prospective clients and convert leads into opportunities.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify business prospects.
• Set up qualified appointments and ensure timely follow-ups via calls, emails, or reminders.
• Collaborate with account managers to ensure successful client engagement.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and adhere to sales processes.
• Actively participate in training programs and organizational initiatives.
